Joint venture with limited liability "LLK-NAFTAN" (JVLL"LLK-NAFTAN") was founded on the 28th of April 2006. The main founders are JSC "NAFTAN" (Republic of Belarus) and LLK INTERNATIONAL B.V. (the Netherlands, Daughter Company of JSC "LUKOIL", Russia). JVLL"LLK-NAFTAN" is the resident of the Republic of Belarus; it is the enterprise with foreign investments.
Reconstruction and modernization
The day of the creation of the first petroleum refinery plant in Belarus – the 9th of February 1963.
During the 50 year-period there was refined more then 690 tons of petroleum.
Today JVLL"LLK-NAFTAN" is the enterprise that uses contemporary technologies and permanently working on production effectiveness.
In 2005 has been finished the regular stage of large-scale plant reconstruction that was terminated by the launching of installations entering into hydrocracking complex.
When the JSC Naftan Programs of development is finished, the plant will be the contemporary enterprise with the processing level not less than 92 %.
